Body & Mind
What you'll find in the Body&Mind area
The Body&Mind program combines physical practices and in-depth exploration, with diverse offerings united by a common idea: staying in the body, mindfully and without pressure.
During the weekend, you will find:
- Pilates
- Yoga sessions in various styles, including laughter yoga
- A talk on holism and activism
The activities are designed for both those who already practice and those curious to try.
